Rent is similar to what your mortgage payment would be and is typically deferred until closing. Rent covers the NewBuilt Partner™ carrying costs and is prorated by day, so you only pay for the time you need.

A Convenience Fee is calculated and written into your Customer Purchase Contract as Full Base Fee and is often rolled into your mortgage.
