OCH-Signature Plans

Our Country Homes takes great pride our efficient and versatile Signature stock floor plans. We have an entire team of designers in house, creating and developing plans to maximize every inch of space and design the perfect floor plan for today's busy families. While OCH does not make changes to our Signature stock plans, many of the Signature plans have flex space, that allow buyers to use that space for whatever best fits their needs. Most Signature plans also have several "options" that will allow buyers to personalize their home, without the extra time involved with custom plans. OCH Design Center

The new OCH Design Studio allows you to create the home of your dreams. Our on staff designers will help as much or as little as needed. They are here to walk you through the entire process, from selecting exterior brick and roofing colors, down to the interior flooring, tile and paint colors. They are here to listen, make suggestions , and help you create your dream home while staying within your budget. The Design Studio has thousands of selections to choose from, so it is always nice to know that you have an expert to help. Our designers come with years of experience and expertise.
